Out The Other

Everything has a birth.I wanted these paintings to feel like galactic birthing/dying places, but they are not analytical studies. I did not paint as such but just allowed the paint to fall in places which I felt added to the feeling I was trying to create. And when things went wrong, I allowed more paint to fall and cover the ‘mistakes’.I used processes which I had only slight control over, leaving the rest down to gravity, surface tension and capillary action. I was the instigator but the cosmos painted these.
